Victor discusses the difficulty of achieving energy efficiency

Instead of developing new alternative energy technologies to reach goals of cutting down on energy consumption within the next decade, a study by consulting firm McKinsey thinks there is a better solution.

The study released by the firm asserts that putting money on upgrading and renovating current technologies could lead to a 23 percent reduction in energy use by 2020, which is what many energy initiatives are aiming for.
