</p><p>Professor Hideichi Okada talks about Japan’s diplomatic policies during the Koizumi administration. He highlights Koizumi’s structural reforms, the importance of the Japan-U.S. alliance and international cooperation, Japan-China relations, North Korea, and current movement of FTA/EPA. Koizumi’s special techniques to make rapport with foreign leaders are also introduced. </p>
