Emilie Hafner-Burton Wins Karl Deutsch Award

Emilie Hafner-Burton is the 2011 recepient of the International Studies Association's Karl Deutsch Award. The award is presented annually to a scholar under the age of 40 who is judged to have made, through a body of publications, the most significant contribution to the study of International Relations and Peace Research.
