GLI Executive Education

Academic Programs

GLI Certificate Program Requirements

Each Fellow follows a program of study tailored to his or her interests under the guidance of the program’s academic advisors. A Fellow must complete at least three courses per academic quarter, taken on a pass/no pass basis, with the option of a letter grade, to receive a certificate of recognition. Since GLI is a graduate-level certificate (non-degree) program in the School of International Relations and Pacific Studies (IR/PS), the Master of Pacific International Affairs (MPIA) courses offered each quarter serve as the primary curriculum in which to enroll. Fellows enrolled at GLI one academic year (or longer) may receive a certificate of recognition “with honors” by passing a minimum of one MPIA course per quarter. Please view a sample course schedule to see an average monthly schedule at GLI.
