Matt Ellis will present an overview of CBRE's cleantech business.
Matt is the west coast leader of CBRE’s Sustainability Practice Group and exclusively represents tenants in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate, with an emphasis on clean technology firms. He is an LEED Accredited Professional, the published author of a series of papers on sustainability in commercial real estate, and CBRE’s youngest leader of a Niche Practice Group.
