As part of a new joint speaker series between the Laboratory on International Law and Regulation (ILAR) and the Project on International Affairs (PIA) at the Institute for International, Comparative, and Area Studies (IICAS), Professor Robert Keohane of Princeton University will present a lecture on Wednesday, December 2, 2009.
