As part of a new joint speaker series between the laboratory on International Law and Regulation (ILAR) and the Project on International Affairs (PIA) at the Institute for International, Comparative, and Area Studies (IICAS), Professor Peter Rosendorff of the University of Southern California will present a lecture on Tuesday, November 17, 2009.
