Brian Bugsch has three girls: Jade (9), Sidra (6) and Elan (3, better known as Lani). He's working at the Department of Insurance doing policy work. Brian has done a lot of work on workers' compensation, but for the past six months he has been doing health care policy and is wrapping up a report for the Commissioner on this subject, which he'll be using as a centerpiece for his run at Lieutenant Governor. Brian also plays a lot of soccer. He just started a very competitive open league with 20-somethings and once soccer season will start up for the kids in the fall he will coach the two older girls' teams. He and Gigi are in the process of trying to sell their house in Dixon and they've been living and renting in Davis for about 18 months now.
Jeff Rosado is married with 2 children: Isabella (5) and Gabriel (3). He is just finishing up his second year as a high school teacher and thinks that this is the best career move he's ever made. Last year he taught Spanish and History, this year and for the foreseeable future he will focus on History. He uses some of his horror stories about the dog days of PMP with his AP kids, trying to set the tone about what life is going to be like for them in a "college" course. Jeff also coaches the track team, and two of his athletes competed in the section finals. He often tells "inspirational" stories about competition, and shares with his athletes stories about some of his fabled duels with Aaron Naldoza on the track and the basketball court.
Luis Fajardo is finishing a history Ph.D. at Oxford University. He also just began working as a news producer for the BBC World Service in London. His wife is expecting their first baby, due in November.

Gail Sevrens is an Associate Park & Recreation Specialist for California State Parks. She transferred to Sacramento 2 years ago, eloped and bought a house.
Amy Riffle and her husband Will have two kids: Elizabeth (7) and Thomas (4). They still own and manage Adhost, a Web site hosting, server collocation and Web development company in downtown Seattle. This December will be their company's 10 year anniversary. Owning a business has been quite a roller coaster for them with lots of ups and downs in the beginning and a long downturn in 2001. But now business is booming again. After working only part-time to raise her children, Amy is now becoming more involved again and learning "new marketing" skills like search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, etc.
