May 2006

Michael Klasen accepted a business development position with Mentor Graphics in Portland, OR. He and his wife, Noriko, are celebrating the upcoming birth of their third son, Kento, who is due on June 1.

April 2006

Mark Spalding is juggling three full time jobs. He is running The Ocean Foundation, The Loreto Bay Foundation, and the Alaska Ocean Program. In addition, Mark is just ending his six year term on the Board of Directors of the Surfrider Foundation. And, he is proud to serve on the board of Pro Peninsula (founded by IR/PS alumni Chris Pesenti and Kama Dean) and of One Earth One Justice (founded by IR/PS alumnus Jeremy Linneman).

May 2005

Bill Donovan recently started Reach Technical Search, his own search firm. Of course it's always a challenge to balance work and family life, especially when ramping up a new business. His wife, Page, is still doing very well at Interactivate in downtown San Diego. His kids are now in 2nd grade, kindergarten, and preparing for pre-school.

January 2005

Michael Klasen is transitioning from a career in sales by applying to Ph.D. programs in business. He also traveled to New Zealand with his family in December 2004.

December 2004

Deborah Reyes Castro moved back to San Diego and accepted a position at Sempra Energy.

November 2004

Tomislav Dragich moved from Miami back to his native country of Peru.
