Sean centers his research efforts on the role that governments, IFI’s and civil society groups can play a part in poverty reduction strategies in Latin America. He has worked extensively in development projects in Central and South America and has published several related articles. Sean looks to use his substantial regional experience to propel a career in development policy formation in Central America. As Pacific and International Affairs Student Organization’s (PIASO) vice president of academic affairs during his time at IR/PS, Sean was a crucial link between the students, faculty, and administration of IR/PS.
