Nina has expertise in the design and implementation of democracy and governance strengthening projects and is an experienced international election observer. At IR/PS she was the operations director of Strategic Community Consulting, a student-run management consulting group for nonprofits in San Diego. Nina also completed a survey of alternative energy projects for rural electrification in Andhra Pradesh, India. At IR/PS, she focused on strengthening her qualitative and quantitative public policy analysis skills, as well as enhancing her knowledge of Southeast Asia.
Nina has recently accepted a position with the Louis Berger Group in Washington, D.C. as a development economist for Asia and Africa programs.
